Job Responsibilities & Duties
We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager to manage our social media accounts. You will be responsible for creating and executing social media plan for Instagram, Linkedin and Twitter etc.
- Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement of key target audiences.
- Plan, execute and manage social media plan.
- Execute and measure the performance of social media campaigns.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.
- Work with copywriters/proofreaders and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
- Effectively collaborate with other internal departments
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
- Provide constructive feedback on regular basis
- Provide the performance reports and recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree:
- Typically, in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Certifications:
- Optional ex. Google Analytics, HubSpot, Hootsuite etc.
Experience & Skills

- 5 years proven experience as a Social Media Manager
- Excellent knowledge of TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Experience with doing audience research.
- Good understanding of social media KPIs.
- Familiarity with Brandwatch etc.
- Excellent multitasking skills.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Team player.
- Good time-management skills.
- International work experience
- Background in non-profit, non-governmental or semi-governmental organization is a plus
