Job Responsibilities & Duties

We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager to manage our social media accounts. You will be responsible for creating and executing social media plan for Instagram, Linkedin and Twitter etc.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement of key target audiences.
    • Plan, execute and manage social media plan.
    • Execute and measure the performance of social media campaigns.
    • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
    • Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.
    • Work with copywriters/proofreaders and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
    • Effectively collaborate with other internal departments
    • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
    • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
    • Provide constructive feedback on regular basis
    • Provide the performance reports and recommendations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree:
    • Typically, in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Certifications:
    • Optional ex. Google Analytics, HubSpot, Hootsuite etc.

Experience & Skills

    • 5 years proven experience as a Social Media Manager
    • Excellent knowledge of TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
    • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
    • Experience with doing audience research.
    • Good understanding of social media KPIs.
    • Familiarity with Brandwatch etc.
    • Excellent multitasking skills.
    • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
    • Team player.
    • Good time-management skills.
    • International work experience
    • Background in non-profit, non-governmental or semi-governmental organization is a plus
