The DSA Final Report chronicles the progress of six pivotal DSA topics launched in 2023, culminating in findings and recommendations published in 2024. These topics include Public-Private Partnerships for Digital Economy Development, Bridging the Digital Skills Gap for Youth, Empowering Women in and through ICT, Tax and Financial Incentives for the ICT Sector, Combatting Online Content Misinformation, and Safeguarding Digital Rights. The report reflects the collective insights of global experts gathered through three global roundtables and over ten virtual meetings, engaging more than 350 participants. The DSA mechanism has driven the development of 12 comprehensive outputs, including reports, policy papers, guidelines, and frameworks. This report underscores the significant impact of international collaboration in creating solutions for a thriving digital economy.
