The DCO AI Adoption Playbook is designed to guide countries worldwide, including DCO Member States in their journey from AI readiness to accelerated AI adoption, serving as a strategic companion for harnessing the transformative potential of AI technologies, this playbook provides a structured framework that integrates key strategy and policies guidelines, sector-specific initiatives, and key insights on technology, data, education, awareness and data-driven economy. Through the deployment of the National AI Strategy Outline and the Model Policy for AI, coupled with detailed National and Sectoral Initiatives, the playbook aims to elevate national capabilities, foster economic growth, and ensure the ethical integration of AI technologies in key focus sectors including but not limited to healthcare, education, and public services.
The foundation of the playbook’s framework is a deep understanding that different countries possess unique needs and strategic goals. It provides tailored tools and guidelines to ensure that AI initiatives are in sync with national priorities and equipped to tackle specific societal issues.
