This Insight Report synthesises the process and outcomes of the Digital FDI-Enabling Project (DEP) in Pakistan. The project seeks to strengthen Pakistan’s position as a digital-friendly investment destination by encouraging dialogue, fostering cooperation and supporting the creation of an enabling environment to attract digital investment.

Insights were generated through a rigorous, multi-stakeholder process involving targeted consultations, expert-led workshops, and a comprehensive investor survey. The findings and recommendations offered in this report offer a strategic roadmap to unlock the potential of digital FDI and support the development of a resilient, inclusive, and sustainable digital economy in Pakistan.
