Job Responsibilities & Duties

  • Campaign Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, social media, email, and traditional media. Align campaign goals with overall business objectives and brand strategy.
  • Project Management: Oversee all aspects of campaign execution, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline management. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and other departments to ensure campaign success.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities and refine campaign strategies. Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize campaign performance.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with content creators to produce compelling and relevant content that resonates with target audiences. Ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice across all campaign materials.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using key metrics and analytics tools. Prepare detailed reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI. Provide recommendations for continuous improvement based on data insights.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial constraints. Track expenses and analyze cost-effectiveness of campaign activities.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for all campaign-related communications. Present campaign plans, progress, and results to stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.
  • Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices. Propose and implement innovative approaches to enhance campaign impact and audience engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, digital marketing) is a plus.
  • Fluent in English

Experience & Skills

  • 10 years of experience in marketing campaign management, with a proven track record of successful multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing strategies, and campaign analytics.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, CRM systems, and project management software.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good time-management skills.
  • International work experience
  • Background in non-profit, non-governmental or semi-governmental organization is a plus
